Introduction
This Website contains the terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), including this introductory language, that govern the Quote, Invoices and/or any other applicable contractual documentation, including Bids and Tenders specs, issued to you by Advanced Sterilization Products (“Seller”). Acceptance by the Buyer of the products will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and an express waiver by the Buyer of any additional or different term that it had previously proposed.
Seller may revise these Terms and Conditions by posting the revised Terms and Conditions to this Website at any time. The revised Terms and Conditions will be effective for Quotes issued after update.
