The VERISURE Bowie-Dick Test Packs must be used in the following cases:
→ every day before the first sterilization cycle
→ after a sterilizer is installed or relocated
→ after a sterilizer malfunction
→ after sterilization process failure
→ after any major repairs of the sterilizer
What's in it?
- It consist of a package ready to use.
- Includes a Type 1 Chemical Indicator at the front of the package
- Compliance: According to ISO 11140-1 and ISO 11140-4 standards (steam penetration)
- MDR CE marked Class I

- Designed for testing air leaks, inadequate air removal and steam penetration level in vacuum assisted steam sterilizers
- For cycles 3.5 min. at 134 °C / 4 min. at 132 °C / 16.9 min. at 121 °C.

VERISURE™ Bowie-Dick Test Pack - US/ME
- Designed for testing air removal efficiency during pre-vacuum steam sterilization cycles
- For cycles 3.5 min. at 134 °C / 3.5 min. at 132 °C / 4 min
- Additionally, each pack includes an Early Warning Sheet featuring a circular lead-free chemical indicator to detect air removal issues before the central indicator provides a response.
