"We are using 100S system from 7 years. We we have good support in maintaining the TAT of reprocessing of our critical instruments like scopes and cameras and the robotic & opthal instruments.

Whenever we had an issue like troubleshooting of machine or service or PM maintenance, they have been supported well and they have been well organized.

We did not have any such incident happened due to 100S machine, that the case has been cancelled."
