Saurabh Jain serves as the Service Delivery Manager for the Indian Subcontinent at Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP), a role he has held since 2020. He leads ASP’s technical service operations across the region, ensuring high-performance service delivery, customer satisfaction, and equipment uptime exceeding 95%. His focus includes managing regional teams, optimizing service strategies, and identifying opportunities to expand service margins while building long-term customer relationships.
Saurabh joined ASP in 2020 as Service Manager for North, East, and West India, and was elevated to pan-India responsibility with the addition of the South region in 2022. Prior to ASP, he spent eight years at Johnson & Johnson, managing service delivery across India (excluding South), where he honed his leadership in field service and key account operations. He began his career at Siemens in 2006, where he gained hands-on experience in Key Account Management and field service within the North Indian healthcare market.
Saurabh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication (ECE). His leadership style combines operational rigor, customer-centric thinking, and a deep understanding of technical service excellence.
