Nikunj Goenka is the Marketing Manager for India and Neighbouring Countries at Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP), a role he has held since November 2022. He leads marketing strategy and execution for ASP’s infection prevention portfolio, supporting healthcare setups with cutting-edge sterilization and high-level disinfection solutions. His work is focused on translating clinical needs into impactful, market-responsive programs that elevate patient safety and operational efficiency.

With over a decade of cross-functional experience across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and enterprise technology, Nikunj brings deep domain knowledge and strategic agility. Before ASP, he spent 4.5 years at Karl Storz, managing the Laparoscopy, Proctology, and Gynaecology portfolios across South Asia. He also held key roles in the rare disease Haematology segment at Shire Pharmaceuticals (now Takeda) and in the diabetes division at Eli Lilly India. He began his career as an SAP engineer at TCS, before transitioning into healthcare following his MBA.

Nikunj holds an MBA from NMIMS Mumbai and a B.Tech in Computer Science from KNIT Sultanpur. He has also completed certifications in Health Technology Assessment (PGI Chandigarh), Business & Operations Analytics (NITIE/IIM Mumbai), and management programs from UCLA Extension and the Chicago Institute of Business. His approach blends clinical insight, data-driven decision-making, and commercial innovation to deliver real-world impact in healthcare delivery.
